I got the 2 yr product replacement for my juicer. So far I haven't used it yet since there is nothing wrong with my juicer. I got it just in case something did happen to my juicer.

I bought the geek squad protection for an Epson scanner just recently purchased, because the coverage was affordable and hassle free replacement repair if needed.

I want to ask those who design this cooker: why doesn't it have an On/Off button? To turn in on/off, you have to plug/unplug the power cord? Does that what you want the user to do?

I would recommend Geek Squad protection to anyone with technology. The price you pay, is small compared to what you save, if you have to take a device in.
