This was a gift to my dad for father's day. He loved it!

We think it is quite a comfort to know that, should something go wrong with the item we purchased, it is covered and can be replaced.

Thought the plan rate was reasonable and my mother won't have to worry if the battery dies (they are expensive to replace)

After calling many many times to Keurig (I didn't purchase extended warranty but your definitely should) and after my Keurig classic did trip fuses many times, I found out you MUST PLUG YOUR MACHINE INTO A DESIGNATED OUTLET THAT IS NOT ON THE SAME CIRCUIT AS OTHER KITHEN APPLIANCES WHICH CAUSES IT TO TRIP. AGAIN YOU SHOULD PURCHASE EXTENDED WARRANTY. It is going to take an electrician and probably a $150 charge to fix my kitchen circuit for me to use my machine in the kitchen where I want to use it.

if you have ever had something break, or just quit working, you realize how valuable this is.

We always get insurance on our stuff, just incase we have to exchange it or it breaks

My only issue with this is that it does fit under the standard upper cabinets on the counter when the container is on the unit. If it was configured to be just a tiny bit shorter, it would be perfect!

I hope my trimmer works without incident but I'll be glad I got this if it acts up
