    I highly recommend the warranty on such items... it does the job for replacement purposes, etc... wI'll always secure a warranty for items as such.

    Works fine but has issues

    I was so please with this for about 10 months. I use it 3 to 4 times a week but recently noticed that the basket was peeling. A replacement is not available. I am now using parchment paper on the basket.

    Not what I was expecting

    Heat and Cool option was nice and the inlet filter was a nice option, but definitely was expecting more volume from this unit. For 649.00 I was expecting this to be the Cadillac of fans. Took it back the next day.

    Well if geek squad followed through with the fixing of items and the warranty that was paid for total home us the protection plans on top of total. Instead they cancel your total and protection like they refunded from another state in-store register.

    I purchased this geek plan online at the same time as my purchase on my one and only account. I have a previous current plan that is visible on my account but not this one. I called and apparently there is no way to add this to my account but BestBuy can "see" it. So you know what is going to happen should I need service! So I won't be buying my new iPad, new iPhone, & Mac mini from BestBuy where only they can "see" my protection plans. I'm talking Geek Squad, not Apple Care.
