The fact that I can replace my item within the 2 year on if it stops working in anyway whether from wear and tear or accidental damage is excellent. I love the fact that I can also use the protection to upgrade to a better item and then I just pay the difference !

Geek Squad is an amazing replacement Warranty, Everything I buy from Best Buy I get GSP warranty either a repair warranty for big appliances or a replacement warranty for the small devices! I’ve had great experience with them, Do NOT hesitate to get it!

I always debate if I'm going to purchases GSP with my electronics, and every time I don't I seriously regret it. The most helpful tech support, and I can't even begin to tell how much money I've saved thanks to these plans.

Geek squad service it comes in handy when you need assistance online and at the store although some times you get to deal with unpleasant representative at the store with chip at their shoulders

It was a good valued replacement plan. I bought it because small appliances tend to break down but haven’t needed it so far. I hope my air fryer will last that I won’t really need to use this replacement plan.

I purchased this plan as I have used it with other appliances . I had.made the mistake of NOT obtaining it on a previous tv(walmart)and it burnt out after 2 yrs .I purchase this for all electrical appliances ...and have used the plan on several items over the past few yrs

I always make sure to get these on most of my products. Have had to use them on many occasions and my products have always been kindly swapped out for new ones, saving me an insane amount of frustration and money!

This unit will mix, chop, slice and shred. It doesn't dice that I am able to see in the manual, although the shredding can be either fine or medium. If that would help. This is a heavy duty unit, and also heavy weight wise. I believe that it is built to last.

Some people tell me "why did you get the GSP on your _______ insert item".well for me its worth not having to pay for a new item for only a fraction of the cost of it. granted it is more expensive up front but id rather have the protection on anything i get from a store.

I tend to buy warranties just to be on the safe side with products especially electrical products. Thus far Best Buy has stood by their warranties when I’ve had to return product beyond the return date .

This unit was perfect for keeping both the first and second floor rooms rather cozy. For its size and price I was rather surprised with the little unit. Mind you, I only needed this for the living room and second floor loft (above). This didn't reach any other rooms beyond that.

Provides confidence in purchasing with the 2-year coverage. For the more expensive products the warranty makes sense. For the cheaper items, say below $100 or perhaps $50 it may not be a worthwhile expense.

BB honestly has the best protection for ALL appliances. My electric toothbrush was having difficulties after a year and the switch was way! The same goes for my air fryer! I’ll always get geek squad protection!

We received coffee maker broken and didn't realize till we took it out of the box way after the return period.. Glad I I just brought it back into Best Buy to Geek Squad and they gave me a new one! So easy!

No questions ask when using geek squad replacement program. If they don't have the product stocked anymore they issue a in-store credit to purchase a newer/upgraded version of your broken product.

Great, great and great. This is a close competitor to the Costco and Sam's Club return policies. If you want peace of mind for minimal cost of product replacement, Best Buy offers great coverage.

The 2 year product replacement is good especially for electrical items or big appliances because sometimes those that break early aren't always covered by the company that makes the product.

On certain electronics, I purchase the extended warranty due to where I live. The weather can do a number on electronics if precautions aren't considered. When it comes to my electronics, I'll use surge protectors, but sometimes you never know. This warranty seems to give me peace of mind.

I am an avid believer in purchasing protection plans, especially for equipment, appliances, and electronics. The Best Buy protection plans have always come in handy for me! I recently had to replace my Zagg Folio, and with my protection plan, I was able to go in a trade it with no problem!

This is my first time purchasing an electric toothbrush. Heard good things about electric toothbrushes, was offered 2 yr protection plan. Price was right. Hope I don’t have to use it but I’m case I do, I’ll be covered.
