This product works great, and I haven't had to use the warranty. But, it gives me piece of mind.

some trouble and miscommunication in getting a phone replaced-lot of confusion, and BestBuy.com rep and local store mgr corrected issue, but never did receive any paperwork or email validating replacement or new ext warranty
