some trouble and miscommunication in getting a phone replaced-lot of confusion, and BestBuy.com rep and local store mgr corrected issue, but never did receive any paperwork or email validating replacement or new ext warranty

Having a warranty for your equipment allows you to use when you want without fear of it breaking.

It's always good to have a warranty just incase something breaks or doesn't work how it's suppose too.
