The purchase of extended warranty and geek squad have always been a necessity on my part. Always helpful and comes in handy from time to time

With every purchase for me or my kids, especially my kids, I get the plan to go with it. If it breaks, which usually happens with my boys, I can go get another replacement for them. Great peace of mind.

Have purchased GSP on most of my products and the service never fails. I have been extremely happy with Best buy and their associates on how this programs works.

I would recommend always buying a replacement plan if offered on large purchases. It is definitely worth the money and Best Buy has always done right by us when we have purchased them.

I had to get a replacement because of noise during use, but the unit itself is very good and works well. The replacement is perfect!

These protection plans are a life saver. I always will add them to any purchase. It's a no brainer, because things break and this covers most items

it reassures me to know that I have this option the electronic parts has no word of honor and this gives peace of mind

I have not had to use this protection plan but others in the past have been a breeze. GS has always been extra helpful, fast, professional and curious. I almost always buy a protection plan. So worth it!

Everything thing I purchase from Best Buy i get the protection plan. It is so much better than other stores. I only wished they renew when expired.

I'm only saying that if the customer need Geek Squad then Do it. I never used them. My son does Everything for me. SO I can't rate them. But I'm pretty sure I can't Submit Because I need to Rate. I put a 4 because I heard they are Good from friends.

I don't always end up using my geek squad protection plan, but I will continue to purchase it with everything I buy, just for the peace of mind should something unfortunate happen to one of my products.

I have also purchased geek squad protection for all my products. i know if something breaks or quits working, they will replace with same or equal value! recommended for all purchases

I’m love and Warrantty on all my products from Best Buy have two o four year for change save money it like rental products you never loss you money

I generally purchase the protection plans that Best Buy offers with Geek Squad. I have not had any major issues getting any problems resolved.

I buy extended warranties on almost all my big ticket Best Buy purchases. I do not know that I have experienced a better program anywhere else.

I generally opt for the geek squad service if my purchase was about 300 or more. Protect it! That way if it breaks they will fix or give you a new one!

Even though I haven't had a need to contact Geek Squad thus far, I know it won't be an issue because I experienced great services from them before.
