I believe in taking care of my stuff but sometimes a high use item needs a little more protection. We like and use this enough to warrant the extra cost.

Bought this to go with my Instant pot. Of course, I haven't needed it yet and probably won't. But I guess it is nice to know it is there if I do need it.

This is an excellent protection plan for the product that I purchased that extends my warranty for a longer period of time than the factory warranty.

I get the protection plan on everything I get and I’ve had to use it many times. Some people may shy away from it but it has worked out for me.

After two uses of the coffee machine the lid lost its grip to the cup, so I am glad i got it because it seems that I might need to use the guarantee soon
