I don't know how it works, but I'm pretty sure that if I need somebody from BestBuy to know it, they will be there for me.

I never needed it and I hope I never need it but I know that if I ever need it they will be great

I always put a service contract on anything I purchase. I like the extra protection on my items. Its easier to go to Best Buy than going to the factory for help.

I think a $9 2-yr protection for my Oster blender is a good buy. I use my blender a lot, and though I know it's quality material, it's still glass, and anything can happen

When my coffee maker broke I didn’t have to buy a new they replaced it immediately. My house without coffee is scary

Geek Squad's a must have especially when buying something expensive like an Xbox elite controller or something like apple earpods. No hassle when I exchange.

Best protection plans by far go to Best Buy. They are helpful for when stuff goes wrong.

The price is right for worry free for 2 years. The pretty thing about it if anything went wrong and somehow couldn't be fix they will replace your machine.
