    This Geek Squad replacement is useful when equipment fails. At the time, I haven't used. Only for repairs which Best Buy honors no charge.

    I always buy a replacement plan from Best Buy. The prices are reasonable and I don't have to worry if an item breaks. Best Buy will just replace it.

    Always get the warranty on anything over 200 except for TVs from them .no problem with returns at all.

    It's like buying insurance. Except when something goes wrong it gets replaced. You won't get half the money you need to replace the item.

    Was hard to install using the WiFi but once I was able to install the software it ran great. The recipte program needs to have more information or instructions on how to use it but it to was easy to use once I figured it out have to watch YouTube videos for every things
