Bought the warranty for my water pix but haven't used it so i can't really comment the Geek Squad experience.

Without this protection plan, I would have had to pay full price for a replacement. Glad to have it

Geek squad protection plan is one of the best plans you can have for your valuable products.

Its a great service to have , used it for my desktop and laptop as well as software issues

Again it makes me feel secure if it breaks all I pay is the warranty again for equal or lesser value

I have found this service to be valuable for different tech items I have purchased at Best Buy.

They always helped to resolve mechanical issue or help to replace item with the manufacturer.

Always get a warranty protection plan because you’ll never want to be stuck with an electronic device that has clunked out on you

When I got my ninja coffee machine I loved it. It made great coffee. I told friends. Then the clock stopped working, around 7 months after I got it. I called Ninja since it was in the warranty period. The guy agreed that’s not good. They shipped me another one. Unfortunately it was a refurbished one. The coffee NEVER tasted good. A few months later, no matter how much water I put in and no matter what setting, All the water did not get used. I called Ninja. They told me to clean it with a descaler. I bought a descaled and cleaned it. Not much better. Oh and it’s not as if I had never cleaned it, I did, using the vinegar and water mixture. Anyway, I descaled it again. It was a little better. That didn’t last long. I called Ninja again. Sorry, it’s out of warranty!! OMG this issue occurred while in warranty! Thank goodness I bought the Best Buy product replacement. I returned it today and received a gift card for the amount I spent. Don’t buy it.

as always, I like to make sure we have some kind of insurance whenever buying something we'll use more than occasionally on a weekly basis.

Good value. Wish we didn't have to buy additional warrantees to have a good product Always feel like I have to buy something to protect my purchase

Kind of loud but overall a good blender for what I needed
