    Lies and more lies. This warranty was purchased for my blender, which I only had it for three months before it started to act crazy. I called and was transferred to three different people before speaking with a real person who did and could not help me. It was a waste of money and time NEVER AGAIN BEST BUY...ARE YOUR PRODUCTS USED AND RESOLD????

    If you buy it for one product, the Geek Squad will only help with that one item even though you purchased several items through Best Buy

    I had to take this back to the store because it had a very weak heat capacity, its highest temperature failed to iron out creases in cotton.

    Geek Squad replacement plans use to be great, but now its just terrible, bad customer service, customer reps at best buy are useless in helping. Honestly, I stick to purchasing Walmart/Amazon products that I buy warranties with. I never have issues, only Best Buy. Again Best Buy use to care, but maybe they are cutting back on caring about customers.

    For them to fix something they usually have to send it to a warehouse that takes too long to fix. And if they can't fix it, they won't even help you replace it. Well, they will but with a cost. The price varies based on the product. I don't know what's the point for the replacement if we aren't guaranteed to be replaced for free.

With our products that are covered by Geek Squad Product Replacement plans, those can generally be returned/exchanged through the store very easily. But you are right in the fact that depending on the product, the goal may be to try and get it repaired first and replace if that doesn't work.     When this product failed, Best Buy refused to honor the replacement plan that was purchased. Instead, they refunded the money for the product since I got it on sale. I was never compensated for the replacement plan even though it was never used. Definitely will never be buying a replacement plan from Best Buy again.

    I found it very difficult to speak to someone that spoke fluent English when calling the Geek Squad number. When asked to speak to an American I was denied because the foreign lady said she spoke English (it was very broken English). I hope they have fixed this for us only English speaking people.

    Dont trap by what the sale peraon saying. For example for phones you will have to pay mkney for the repair. Then i dont know whats the point of protection plan. It varies from product to product. Make sure to ask every details from the geek sqyad person before purchasing a protectiin plan for the product you buy

    Suckered into warranty

    The salesman obviously must make commission on this warranty. I asked him if the manufacturer supplied a warranty for the product and he told me no they don't. I bought the extra warranty because of that. Come to find out later, there actually is a 1 year warranty and I got suckered into an extra 80 dollars for this product.

    I do not like the fact that if you buy a product and buy a plan on it and you return it shortly for malfunctioning you have to buy another plan you shouldn't have to buy another $20 plan if you're bringing it back less than 90 days very disappointing

    I am not a happy customer! I return the item that this warrantee was for. Best Buy did not refund me for this warranty. Why can’t this be done?
