I had to exchange my espresso machine using my Geek Squad replacement warranty and they couldn't have been more helpful. Geek Squad made it easy to use their warranty.

Was offered the replacement plan. I don't have to deal with the manufacturer and when it quits working, I can take in to a Best Buy and replace it anytime in the next 2 years

My old printer is damage and I am buying extend warranty service and working excellent. Go to the store and change for brand new printer.

I always purchase a warranty because if not the day after the warranty ends something will happen so protect your product it’s with it!!

I always buy a protection plan on my expensive items. This plan was no hassle....just brought the product I was having an issue with and got a brand new one on the spot.

I hesitated buying this then thought about this new razor going to my son's college housing. There are a lot of scenarios that could make this warranty well worth it

Replacement warranty is excellent to purchase and economical although I have not had to use it on the product.

i used this blender once/ twice a week on a regular basis to make my milk shakes and protein shakes. it crushes ice perfectly and easy to use and clean. powerful enough

i have used them for years and they always come throguh i get to just bring in the product and swap it out and it is so easy and quick

i try to get best buy plans on most electronic products i buy from best buy. never any issues with return, replacement or refund for warranted products. great investment!!!
