Have always had good success with Geek Squad service whenever needed it. Have not needed it so far, but is nice to know we have it.

I only buy my electronics from Best Buy for their warranties. You never know if anything will happen but if they do their no hassle warranty’s are a game changer.

Always an easy buy when purchasing anything from Best buy it could be in store or online they are usually on top of their game and enjoyable products.

Had to use this the item I bought went bad took it back to store item was no longer in stock so gave money I pay for item I would tell any one to by this you never know win you will need it.

I have not had to use this protection plan but others in the past have been a breeze. GS has always been extra helpful, fast, professional and curious. I almost always buy a protection plan. So worth it!

I would recommend always buying a replacement plan if offered on large purchases. It is definitely worth the money and Best Buy has always done right by us when we have purchased them.

I haven’t had to use the warranty yet as my product is still under manufacturer warranty. I am always happy with the value of Best Buy’s extended warranties.
