Bought for a coffee pot and have not used it yet. If it breaks or does not work for any reason, you get a new one.

I always buy the replacement plan for my purchases that need it. It saves money and replaces the product if it can't be fixed......

If your product has a defect you contact the insurance and they help you with the problem at not extra charge

Can't say anything bad about this because it's The walking dead.. but I was disappointed they didn't have the give away item in stores like they did online.

The agents came on time to set up the tv stand and he does it with so much competency. Had a nice chat with him while he was working.

It is best to get a protection plan because if the machine was to mess up, you can just get a replacement. It is definitely cheaper than buying a whole new machine.

I had an issue with a small appliance took it back to the store with the replacement plan and walked out with something new.

It's great I recommend extended warranty to everyone no matter how big or how small the item you purchase it's always great to have the extended warranty just in case.
