Geek Squad takes a lot longer than what they tell you. Make sure you back up everything to an external hard drive before taking it to them or make sure you back up to your cloud storage. If they have to send it out you'll get your hdd back w/o your stuff.

Very user friendly and good quality coffee. Recommend it.

I always buy Best Buy replacement plan. Very reassuring.

Not quite sure I am convinced these are worth the cost. In 2 cases over the last 15 years have I ever used one and it wasn't really worth it. The product was outdated and I simply chose to upgrade to the newer version.

I like the peace of mind in having protection. I haven’t used this yet so I have nothing to review. Ridiculous to demand 50 characters to review something I haven’t used.

Who knows if this is even necessary. I haven’t had to use it so that’s great. But I suppose if I did have any problems I would be glad I purchased this.

Bestbuy computer plans are always confusing as to what they will and won't cover. Throughout the years they're constantly changing the details of their plans. I have been a customer as well as seen other customers who have bought these plans only to find out that their computer repairs won't be covered. Be careful and read all the details of the plans before you buy it. READ THE FULL PLAN DETAILS, Not the short, cute, pretty, little brochure. Read and Don't just trust what the sales associate tells you. I'm not really sure if I would recommend these plans? Just make sure you read the plan details.

The best is a very good store. The customer service is very good I recommend best to many friends. Best Buy sells very product. It pruduct is accessible to all. I can't to be a valuable customer and stay within for long.

Like the service. But sales reps will try not to use is. The sales rep was trying to rio me off when I had to use it on another previous purchase.

Feels safer than not getting it, if I didn't get it, probably going to wish I did. I got it, will most likely not have to use it.

I haven't had the chance to use them yet but whenever I get into the store they always seem very helpful. Haven't seen anyone blow their tops off at them yet.

Haven't had the need to use this at this point, hopefully won't have the need .. cost effective compared to shipping item back to manufacturer.

While we really loved the HP ENVY Laptop for the first 4 months (that we purchased with this Service ), in the 4th month after purchase, while primarily using it at a desk, not even traveling with it, an error message indicated a Hardware/Fan Issue. Since stores were closed due to Covid19, we called Tech Support who troubleshooted to verify a Hardware problem. We were told tjhat we had to wait for a store to open to bring it in for Service... which really sucked by the way, but we understand it's not their fault they had to close their stores. When we did get an appointment the week stores reopened, we were told we would they would have to ship it to HP for repair, indicating we would not have a CPTR for 5-6 weeks??? Unreasonable... We asked for them to refund the purchase amount and we would apply it to a new computer right then and there. They were not willing to do that. Instead they told us we needed to BUY at FULL PRICE a New Computer, and Return that New Computer when Our Hardware Failed Computer returned??? NOT THE SERVICE WE EXPECTED WHEN WE BOUGHT EVERY WARRANTY AND TECH SERVICE THEY WANTED TO SELL US IN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE... But we had no choice. WE WERE TOLD THAT IF ANY ISSUES OCCURRED THAT COULD NOT BE FIXED IN STORE, THE ITEMS WOULD BE REPLACED. WE BOUGHT TOTAL TECH SERVICE + EXTENDED WARRANTEES. APPARENTLY THAT'S FALSE...

I did purchase this with the home phone I purchased but it doesn't come up on the purchases I have made so I don't know if there will be an issue when I do decide on taking my old phone for a new replacement.
