This coverage offers peace of mind for my purchase

Just in case. Most TVs last a minimum of 2 years. Dropping tv prices make this unnecessary. Valuable asset for higher-end televisions

I bought a tv from Best Buy and I put insurance with geek squad for 5 years but the tv have white spots I told geek squad and they told me they cannot do anything because they couldn’t find my tv in the system I show them the receipt and still deny it I will never buy insurance from them

Haven't had to use it, but I guess it is like insurance or a weapon. Better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.

I'm not really certain at this point of the true value because I haven't needed Geek Squad for anything thus far. The redundancy provides a piece of mind, but it seems to be a waste of cash so far...ijs

They havent really solved many ofnmy issues, but at least have a god attitude.

I have had mixed experiences with the geek squad some times great other times really really bad.

Purchased the 2 year protection Jan. 2018, for the Logitech Harmony Remote. I returned the remote to store for an exchange Feb. 1, 2019 and was told that once you utilize the protection plan for a replacement, you loose any remaining time you had left on the plan. No money adjustment either. Paid for 2 yr plan, used it once in a year and lost the other 11 months coverage, unless I paid $49 for a separate plan on the replacement remote

never used and everytime you do call they never answer . if you happen to get through they dont know anything

Just bought it for extra protection for my purchase. Hopefully won’t need to call on them for anything though.

I kind of wish Best Buy did the set-up for these things in the store so I didn't have to. I'd use the warranty a lot more if it was pre set up.

We bought this fore our tv. They hooked it up. But everyone we call for help they keep adding a charge$50

Haven't used it yet, should have purchased for PS4 controller instead of Nimbus controller

I put it on my son’s laptop. For some reason it would shut off after a while when he would Skype. Sent it off twice still not fixed. Then the manager tells me there is nothing more they can do. With the amount of money I spent on this laptop I could have bought an Apple or just get a cheap one and I would understand why it would not Skype correctly. Lesson learned.

......its a good plan if u really need it ..got crazy kids.need that warranty..haha....
