A lot of times with a warranty they will send it out and take a while to figure it out but bestbuy is different when it comes to most things they do it in store and I love that

In my experience geek squad as a whole has never failed anyone I know. When you see bad reviews, usually those people didn't know what to expect or have never had a retail customer service job. (And they are all usually old anyways) GET THE GEEK!!!

I always try to purchase a extra protection plan on my appliances. But really Best Buy is very good about service on what they sell. Just keep your receipts. They sell top brands so between the two they usually can resolve any issues.

What the Geek Squad replacement fixing parts it's a great thing although a my original kitchen aid mixer they still working I'm headed over 20 years now so don't know a fellow Bernie Geek Squad but it's a good thing to try

these people are amazing -- tried to help us our with problems we were having with our new phones -- but its the app that is issue but took the time to try to work something out -- great service

I highly recommend purchasing any extended warranty for appliances that are used often. This will provide you with peace of mind if your product fails with use. Just keep the date in mind. Put it on your google calendar as a reminder.

There is not much that I don't get Geek Squad Protection on. Why would you not? They are way more skilled than I am and I like knowing if something goes wrong I have someone to go to, especially for Electronics and Appliances.

Anytime that I purchase an item that qualifies for geek squad protection, I'm sure to add on this service. Most products include some type of warranty, but they typically don't cover all of the issues that geek squad takes care of. It's definitely worth it to have in place! You may never have an issue with your product, but why take the chance? Besides, the protection does not cost much and provides peace of mind. Always worth it, in my opinion!

We have always bought Geek Squad protection on anything we buy from BestBuy... To us its just smart to buy it. You can't go wrong buying protection on electronics.
