I haven't been able to use my insurance yet so that's a good thing I guess but I do have insurance so I guess I could fill in this information a little better when I use my insurance

So far, so good. I have only had one failed product covered but when replacement was required, a gift card for the full amount of the original purchase price was supplied.

I have bought so many of these in the past and I finally got the chance to use it once. It was such a smooth transaction. My experience was hassle free, no questions asked(only a few).

You can never go wrong with Best Buys geek squad service. I always purchase even though to date their products have outlived them. Money well spent for that extra security.

It was so affordable to add the Geek Squad protection onto my fan. I have had bad experiences in the past with fans and now I can get whichever one I want knowing that if something happens to it I will be able to get it fixed or replaced!

Love the replacement plans I can always just go in the store and walk out with a new functioning product rather then going threw the manufacturer and waiting for ever to get a product I have to pay to get shipped.

The Geek Squad protection plan ensures replacement for damage products. I personally find the Geek Squad to be more accommodating than the product‘s company warranty support staff!

Whenever I buy something from Best Buy I always get the replacement plan. Most of the time we never use them due to the great products Best Buy carries but it dose give us a piece of mind if we need to use it
