I purchased this shredder to replace an older Fellowes model that died on me after 9 faithful years of shredding. I appreciate the addition of the lifting handle because the shredder unit is quite heavy. The shredder works great but it is a bit noisy. Overall a great shredder but I think my older model was more sturdy.

I love them, I am not good with anything electronics the know there stuff answered my questions helped me! Worth it!

Only complaints being: 1) They lost a Sony Blau-Ray cable, 2) Didn’t mention it before leaving, 3) Inconsistemcies between online response on pricing and in store (payment) and being bounced between Magnolia, Geek Squad, Offline and Online where everyone points to the other folks.

Haven't had to use this service yet for the product. But find getting Geek Squad service is a good decision.

Genius decision to purchase protection plan along with blender because I will need it.

Keep it protected for when I had issues with it, they check on it right away when I bring it in.

Have purchase multiple of these over the years . I have never had any problems with repairs or replacements
