You have to get protection on your items. There's just know question about it.

I like the "no hassle" exchange. Just wish I didn't have to "repurchase" my items AND another warranty. It's basically a one time deal and not just however many returns within a time period. Product had to be reordered as store doesn't carry it anymore.
