I always buy my appliances and electronics from Best Buy, simply because the way they allow you to exchange a product with the Geek Squad warranty is hassle free, no questions asked. You could not pay me to shop anywhere else.

So I looked high and low for a good coffee pot at the normal places.I didnt even know that best buy sold coffee pots.They had a great selection at better than best buy prices and the extended warranty was peanuts.

I personally don't make a habit of buying extended warranties but Best Buy warranties are the exception to the rule. They are fair priced and best of all everything is handle by them in the store. I don't have to mail it away, if they can't fix it on sight they will ship it for you NO hassle.

I always debate if I'm going to purchases GSP with my electronics, and every time I don't I seriously regret it. The most helpful tech support, and I can't even begin to tell how much money I've saved thanks to these plans.

I normally don’t purchase protection plans but glad I am glad I did because my Gourmia Air Fryer died after 18 months. Best Buy took it right back snd gave me a refund in the form of a gift card.

We are so satisfied with the ease of use for our warranty coverage. We highly recommend that anytime a warranty is offered at Best Buy, BUY IT! So beneficial! Well worth the money!

It was a good valued replacement plan. I bought it because small appliances tend to break down but haven’t needed it so far. I hope my air fryer will last that I won’t really need to use this replacement plan.

I always make sure to get these on most of my products. Have had to use them on many occasions and my products have always been kindly swapped out for new ones, saving me an insane amount of frustration and money!

We buy 99.9% of all our electronics, appliances, games, etc. from Best Buy and always purchase the warranty. It is nice to know, if there is an issue with something we have bought, the Geek Squad will take care of us and/or replace the item in question or having problems!

Geek squad service it comes in handy when you need assistance online and at the store although some times you get to deal with unpleasant representative at the store with chip at their shoulders

BB honestly has the best protection for ALL appliances. My electric toothbrush was having difficulties after a year and the switch was way! The same goes for my air fryer! I’ll always get geek squad protection!

Provides confidence in purchasing with the 2-year coverage. For the more expensive products the warranty makes sense. For the cheaper items, say below $100 or perhaps $50 it may not be a worthwhile expense.

We received coffee maker broken and didn't realize till we took it out of the box way after the return period.. Glad I I just brought it back into Best Buy to Geek Squad and they gave me a new one! So easy!

I tend to buy warranties just to be on the safe side with products especially electrical products. Thus far Best Buy has stood by their warranties when I’ve had to return product beyond the return date .

This is my first time purchasing an electric toothbrush. Heard good things about electric toothbrushes, was offered 2 yr protection plan. Price was right. Hope I don’t have to use it but I’m case I do, I’ll be covered.

Even though my griddler is working awesome I never know if maybe I would need for it to be replaced with a brand new one and only for a couple dollars more! For example maybe because of a power surge. The warranty covers for two years which is a good time frame.

Great warranty system! Most of the time places ask for warranties, and they're just shoddy "works after manufacturer's warranty expires." Nope, not 2 year geek squad replacement. They'll replace the item you bring in when accidents occur. Highly recommended!

No questions ask when using geek squad replacement program. If they don't have the product stocked anymore they issue a in-store credit to purchase a newer/upgraded version of your broken product.
