I had to purchase another coffee pot because the glass cracked on mine. They didn't really replace it, they just took a little off. I didn't even have it very long either. I am not sure about buying their replacement plan again. I will see what happens with this other new one I had to buy. I don't blame the Geek Squad for this problems. I think it's the company providing the replacement plans. They are ripping people off if this is occurring often.
