Haven’t had to use warranty yet but the way it was explained to me bring item back to store and receive the next version of the item purchased.

When ever you buy something from Best Buy. Always make sure to add Greek squad protection. Because you can never go wrong with it.

I have not had to use this protection plan but others in the past have been a breeze. GS has always been extra helpful, fast, professional and curious. I almost always buy a protection plan. So worth it!

The reason that this plan is useful is because the additional security it adds. I know if my unit goes out that I have coverage. It is affordable and I have benefited from the other plans.

I know that many don't recommend extended warranties, but I have used the product replacement service a couple of times on different products because they died just after the 1 year mark.
