I purchase this with my coffee maker purchase. If it quits working, I just take it in to Best Buy with my receipt and they replace it! Awesome!

Had Greek squad 65”tv installed over my fireplace with a pull down pivoting mount. The installation went smoothly

Only complaints being: 1) They lost a Sony Blau-Ray cable, 2) Didn’t mention it before leaving, 3) Inconsistemcies between online response on pricing and in store (payment) and being bounced between Magnolia, Geek Squad, Offline and Online where everyone points to the other folks.

They replaced my Dyson 3 times for battery issues. I love my Dyson but so thankful I had the Geek Squad Warranty

geek squad protection is very useful incase the product is broken they repair or replace right away.

The Geek squad does a good job of covering the products that we bought. However, the installation of the sound equipment was not done to our complete satisfaction. We feel there were some areas where the wiring and anchors could have been done better. Would recommend to friends with reservations.

Great choice to purchase, I haven't used them yet but the assurance of any issues was the reason for the purchase.

I had to bring in a printer because I was having issues with it, they checked out the printer fixed the problem.

This is the vest warranty product hands down!! Every time i have the opportunity to buy this its a yes and it has benefitted me for years.
