I have always bought the geek quad replacement and let me tell you we had to use it and we had no trouble when we called geek squad.

I bought the cuisinart ss-5 Coffee machine. The pump went out a few months later. Thanks to the warranty I purchased, I was able to get it replaced at no charge and had it back on my counter in two days. Didn’t think I would need it but, glad I bought it.
