    Lost Protection Because of COVID

    I tried replacing the PS4 controller in April but was told wasn’t excepting them in store because of virus. Checked back in May and was told there weren’t any available in store or online. Family member got COVID and was around them, so after quarantining for about 17 days cause I was sick, tending to family members health and wellness, totally forgot about controller but was told in April that I’d be fine if it went past expiration in late August. Nope Best Buy didn’t hold up its end, can’t get thru to store.... so I guess my decision to stop doing business with Best Buy in Portage MI and Best Buy period was Warranted!!!!

    This would have been great but I needed 2 handsets and the phone I bought only had one. Bought a new phone and hoped to transfer since I never had an opportunity to use it but no go...

    I had a protection plan on my phone when i bought it. It seems like they always come up with an excuse to not fix the issues and want you to spend moneybagain

    Pointless protection plan when 2 years later the item I bought isn't even for sale anymore and the paper shredders you sell now are not even the same quality.. and ironically, not seeing any of them with protection plans anymore. Nice.

    Only reason I bought was to cover a product that has known battery issues. Product is the model my daughter needs for school. Didn't have extended warranty for the first and had to eat the full cost.

    purchased in Dec 2023 quit working Apr 2024 my 2 yr replacement I purchased will not help until 1 year has passed Manufacture Customer support is terrible

    Geek Squad service is not worth the money. I spend Hr's on the phone and the help can not fix it or makes it worse if you like their help you have to spend over 8 Hr's for a callback and 2 Hr's for the 1St callback at the end of all this you have to pay more money to a good TEC. to fix their mistakes I have used Geek Squad service over 8 Yr's and just have had it there so bad know find a good TEC.

    I was not happy that it took two days to set up a brand new computer especially when the guy told me it would be finished by the end of the night!

    Nothing but a pure headache. You purchase in one store just to be sent 45 miles are 1800 . Just a headache. But i learn i never buy this product for nothing again. Took my business elsewhere.

    Not worth it. Every time I told my laptop in they act very rude. They never could take care of the problem. They acted like you were stupid.
