The protection plan has a great price and and warranty the Geek Squad agents are excellent.

They exchange very well ( keep your receipt ) make a printed paper copy, fax paper receipts fade and make sure the person you talk too knows what they are talking about concerning returns and length of time of exchange if your not elite plus the exchange length is different

hopefully it's worth the purchase haven't used it yet. will have to write a revision once used.
