I would not consider purchasing a product without purchasing the protection plan. I have had too many issues in the past where I got stuck paying for a repair. With the protection plan I never worry. I just make a phone call and it is covered.

GSP is a must for me when i buy thing at best buy. Hope you never need it, but are always thankful when you do

Always worth the extra money upfront. You never know when something is going to go wrong. Best Buy makes it easy to just swap your item out or get a store credit towards a replacement.

Have not had to use this yet; hopefully will not need to. However, geek squad has always been there in the darkest of times to take care of whatever electronic problem one may be having.

We have purchasing these replacement plans down pretty well. After a while you know which devices will probably need them, and which won't. We've been burned before when choosing not to, but if the plan is $25 or less, not much risk in insuring your high $$ item.

Safety net if my machine needs servicing. I’ve used Geek Squad warranty in the past - not bad except if the product is no longer manufactured, you have to pay difference for newer replacement model.

I purchase my kids gaming consoles and accessories from Best Buy so I can get the Geek Squad insurance. It’s well worth the $$ because when you use these gaming products often they don’t last.

The agents mounted the TV and set the other devicss. They were both polite and professional. The cleaned up and also wore covers on their shoes! My husband and I are very pleased. Thank you both

This was a replacement TV for the bedroom when our VIZEO 55" went blank. We replaced it with a 55" SAMSUNG that was on sale. Very please with quality of the picture of this smart TV.
