A Roku stopped working and I took it to Best Buy for replacement under a Geek Squad Protection Plan. Everything went very smoothly and everyone was very helpful.

When I purchased any items I'm asked do I want protection. Sometimes I yes sometimes I say no. But when it comes to commuter, tv, cameras I go for it. Also so easy to renew

I always get protection plans on anything electronic that allows protection. If anything happens to it under warranty guidelines, I'll make sure I'm able to get it fixed or replaced. However the warranty works.
