Honestly couldn’t tell you. This is a new iPad purchase that this came with. Never installed did not have any virus type issues..

I have yet to need this service but I did purchase it for reassurance. My instore experiences have been very reassuring when it comes to assistance so I felt this was important to add to my product especially with how heavily I use it. And for the price you really cant ask for much more.
