I have used this phone for a little more than one month and it is already faulty: it changes back the time when I set it and confirm it within minutes, and I have to guess when somebody called me. I failed to purchase this in the past and was out a fair amount of money. For the amount of money to get the protection it was well worth it. And the fact that it covers 2 years was what had me saying Yes I want that! I do not think I will make another purchase without that protection.

Happy we purchase Geek Squad 2 year warranty. Might not need it, but it's good to have.
