Always a a good idea to have some extra security in case life happens.

We got the warranty for the Texas instrument calculator for our granddaughter because she will be using this for college and if anything goes wrong with it we know she has warranty better to be safe then sorry. The price of the warranty was well worth it. Thank you again for just us knowing that the geek squad Will be there if needed happy as always.

I wanted to replace a shelf system, that had separate speakers, since our dogs and cats would sometimes pull the speaker wires loose. We had no higher place for it, so I searched for a unit that is compact, but has awesome built-in speakers. This is it! The sound is excellent and there are no separate speakers to loosen. Definitely recommend this one.

The nice thing about the service plans on Best Buy items are that while they are extra in cost, it allows for replacement of the item if it becomes defective, without having to repurchase the item. There are varying lengths of time on the service plans, but they are worth it.

It was the best money I have spent, just knowing that they are there, is the greatest peace of mind. They are awesome, they have answered and helped me through some encounters, I had do to my lack of knowledge about electronics, very understanding , they take the time to listen and walk you through to fix everything. This is great because my security cameras were not working and they quickly let me exchange them to get new ones. And now the new ones are working great.

The Geek Squad always delivers. This is the best warranty and replacement service I’ve ever had for products, and that is saying something! I usually buy this on any product over $100 that I want to use for at least 2 years. Never any hassle with the Geek Squad.

They have very good customer service I can always count on them for any concerns about any of the items I have purchased at Best Buy and comes in handy when those accidents occur at home wether it’s kids or pets. I always add the geek squad warranty to all my purchases.

You need geek squad protection if you purchase a big expensive item. You want your product protected if it breaks after a year or two. You want geek squad to fix it or replace it for free if they can't fix it. Overall you will be saving money in the long run.

If you have a high dollar purchase from Best Buy , the Geek Squad's protection plan is for you : ) ; in the long run , it will save you a lot of money and frustration ; always get the longest plan you can afford for your high dollar purchases

I always buy the protection plans. Best Buy makes it easy by either swapping the device out in store or sending it to their service center. On large items (appliances and TVs) they will often come to your home and either fix or replace the item.

Each time I buy an item that is a bit more of financial investment, I go with this geek square plan. Even if you don't need it, its worth the investment just in case you do. Before the two years of coverage run up, I'll take my item in and have anything fixed that I can.

This replacement warranty is very inexpensive and covers my earpiece headphones for 2 years. It is a no hassle complete replacement which covers any defects in the original product that should come up. Definitely worth the modest price it cost.

Great insurance to have for appliances for bothe kitchen and office.

Fortunately never required to fix anything, but used once for my Laptop and they really understood the issue and checked everything per my satisfaction. Buying product with Geek Squad means purchase and relax

the two-year plan was something we must do we have to do we would not buy any product from Best buy without getting a plan my wife's loves it we love the price of them my teenager he loves the products we would recommend it to anyone who would ask us about it thanks Best buy
