    The plan is good but I think what for 1 year is to much money for paid

    Geek squad program is not worth it

    First when ordering the web page states how long my product will take to arrive to my house, which was over one week shipping time. I would think that a tech savvy firm would be able to write a simple script to activate a product replacement on that date, no it gets activated the day you order the product. May not seem like much, but there is always the reviews of any product that fail right after the warranty expires, This simple issue of starting the replacement program when I received my item could not be resolved through customer service emails, they say geek squad is there own entity. Not the first time I feel "burned" by geek squad so my fault. I had bought a laptop and they activated the antivirus the day I bought the laptop which I would have waited until my current one expired before activating, Maybe they think customers are too stupid to activate on their own. My father bought a laptop and could not create recovery discs. Brought in one day later and they wanted to charge $90 to do it. Give me a break, just bought the darn thing. That experience kept me out of Best Buy for three years. Oh well lessons learned
