    I continue to call the 800 number

    No one can seem to assist the automatic replenish program to refill for ink is not working I can’t get in touch with anyone to assist I continue to get put on hold call back in with longer wait. The last tech said please hold on for two minutes I was on hold for 15 minutes he never came back to the phone

    Renewal of service without consent

    I never approved the renewal. They had my old card on file and they kept on telling me to renew and update my card information. Later on some how they found out my new card's info and they renewed this without my authorization. Unprofessional don't you think!!

    not helpful, hate repeating, hate long wait, hate when you waited so long they still didnt solved the issue, and i hate when you get discounted after long wait!

    Never Got E mail and Would not send one

    Horrible how this was. I never got the e mail like i was supposed to and when i called them i went through 4 people and 4 Departments, Spent 45 minutes only to be told in the end they don't have the ability to send a new e mail to me. Very frustrating

    I haven't use the geek Squad I haven't had a problem with my entertainment Room t.v.as of yet. I would like to add on more warranty when this one expire.

    My husband decides decided to buy the service with the purchase of new phones. We haven’t used the geek squad service yet but others have commented they are helpful.

    Did nothing when I brought my phone in for repair

    I have been trying to save on tv services for years. My husband and I rately watch tv, but between internet, cable, streaming etc.... we were paying over $200 a month for nothing. For years !!! I have a Roku which has aps, do i kept my internet and stopped streaming. I live in a rural area and only need the news and abc GMA. I set this up myself and bam ! It works. I get the local important channel and news. Highly recommend this. Great product !
