Best Buy's extended warranties and replacement plans are always worth the few bucks extra, especially when they replace whatever it was that does not work anymore.

I always get protection plans on anything electronic that allows protection. If anything happens to it under warranty guidelines, I'll make sure I'm able to get it fixed or replaced. However the warranty works.

When I purchased any items I'm asked do I want protection. Sometimes I yes sometimes I say no. But when it comes to commuter, tv, cameras I go for it. Also so easy to renew

They actually replaced my laptop once after I had it for a year and it did not cost me anything. That is protection.

Bought the plan to cover a graphing calculator that I had to ship to Afghanistan because my spouse was deployed and taking online college classes. I haven't had to use the plan but I'm still happy I got it.

Our 2 year old lg washer could not be repaired. After a few phone calls the geek squad agent completely refunded purchase price. Very professional. Highly recommend.

I rarely purchase extended warranties. However I have had to use one before. My experience with the Geek Squad in the past has always been very positive.

I always always always buy the protection plan for things I buy at Best Buy. Kids break things and it is so much easier and less expensive to get them fixed.

We insist that we spend a little more at the time of our purchase, this way...we are covered and have peace of mind. We highly recommend doing this with larger purchases.

Geek squad protection always comes in handy just in case

I first utilized this coverage with a tv I bought that stopped working. They tried to fix it but couldn’t and I got all of my money back. ALL OF IT! I now get it with all of my electronics.
