Geek protection is worth covering expensive purchase, no hassle and full coverage, and very affordable, I get it for all my expensive electronic purchases

I have used this phone for a little more than one month and it is already faulty: it changes back the time when I set it and confirm it within minutes, and I have to guess when somebody called me. Also the sound is deteriorating and noises alter the sound of the callers. I would like to exchange it for a new one, but I do not know the procedure.
