Good to have for items that have everyday use. Nice to know I can get my item replaced should it fail.

I had previously bought a corded phone with a 2 year Geek Squad warranty. That day, it was broken. The Geek Squad representative immediately replaced it. I then purchased a new phone, and again bought a new 2 year warranty. I was totally satisfied and knew that Best Buy and the Geek Squad were genuinely dependable.

Return this product because I didn't need it so why do I have to put in 50 characters if I don't need to

No higher recommendation can I give to hiring the Geek Squad for any of your electronic needs, which includes computer maintenance/setup; home theater, etc. I've used them for years and will not go anywhere else for my needs when it comes to my pc or needing something with my home theater setup. Yes! Yes! Yes!

My harmony 665 died. Getting a new one to replace it was painless with the product warranty I bought. The Geeks gave me a new remote and I programmed it myself. I got a new 2-year warranty on this new one as well. Its well worth the $$$ with a device that gets daily use from my streaming addicted family in the age of COVID-19.

The agent took the old protective cover and off put the new one on. The original one was the same brand just not glass and so I actually got a credit which was wonderful

I have not had to use it but so helpful that I have it if needed. Would recommend highly and at a good price.

My 12 year old daughter got the chrome book for Christmas. Three times i have used the the two year replacement and all three times they made IT easy , and reacted fast and replaced the chrome book once ! This is putting your money where your mouth is . Best Buy backed up the Warranty and I will Always buy my electronics simply due to the service the Geek Squad provides

I like the geek squad protection option! Purchased a few items at Best Buy and have purchased the geek squad protection plan and really appreciate being able to return the item if it falters and am able to get the full purchase price back for the items so that I could purchase something different. I would definitely recommend purchasing a protection plan.

Best warranty. I love geek squad warranty. Whenever possible I buy my products from Best Buy since their customer service and geek squad are phenomenal. If I ever have an issue with the product, I have never had a problem. They either fix it or give me a new product or Give me credit, let me go pick something else

I haven't had to use this yet (I bought this for a roku stick) and hope I don't ever have to. But it's super affordable if you're already making a slightly pricey purchase. I always like to stay on the safe side to have guaranteed help and protection for my electronic devices, so this was a clear option to go for.

I had problems with my computer and addressed it quickly. Recently I also purchased a new laptop and they transferred all my programs files for me in a day. They saved me from going crazy to do it.

Protection always a plus when one is able to buy it. Never a negative imo

The Geek Squad Product Replacement plan offers you peace of mind when making those unexpected purchases (TV, remote, printer, etc.). Had a great experience. They are always polite and always want to do the best for the customer. I always get a protection plan for everything I buy that is expensive, it gives relief knowing that you have protection

Can’t say enough about the professionalism of the geek squad. When they’re helping you They literally go out of their way to make sure you understand what they’re saying what your options are and how to keep your devices working in good order.

I like knowing that there is a back-up plan if we need it. We rely on a lot of technology for our jobs, so great to have that piece of mind.

I have used the Geek Squad twice. Once to set up my TVs and once to set up a device that will allow my wife and I to listen to TV late without disturbing others. (Bluetooth Headphones and dual connection device.) The Geek Squad people are on time, courteous, and professional. They take their time in doing it right.
