Having Geek Squad has been a great relief for me, I am not electronic savy and can not set up any type of computer. Geek squad staff is very professional and knowledgeable.. Last year I bought in 3 separate devices that were all repaired at no cost. I love and will never be without Geek Squad Protective services.

The Geek Squad is always polite and helpful, listens to issues and tries to solve on the spot if possible, for a past printer, they took one look and said not fixable, but gave me a gift card on the spot for the orig purchase price to pick out something else to replace it. (ditched the ink jet and got a laser jet, though black and white only ink, the ink lasts a long time!)

A must for all appliances. Worth it for good service and taking care of issues on appliances.

Best protection plan just in case the product is out of date or doesn't function. All of my products i purchased from bestbuy all have the Geek Squad protection plan. The only payment is another protection plan if the product was exchanged.

This was very much needed for my washer. Previous washer broke down after two years and I regretted not getting the warranty. Geek squad certified if they can’t fix it, they will replace from what I was told. My uncle made us of his extended warranty when his washer broke down and he was happy to get a replacement.

I have been paying for xfinity devices at $10 each for years. I replaced them with these devices, and now can do everything plus more. I have already subscriptions to primevideo, hulu, nextflix..., this does that Plus the xfinity channels. I wasted a lot of money through the years when all you really need are these ROKU devices. got the $39 version. worked really slick.

I bought this plan for my new Panasonic - KX-TGD833W DECT 6.0 Expandable Cordless Phone System with Digital Answering System. It was a good value and hopefully I won't need it.

I haven't had to use this yet, hopefully don't. Got it for the phone I purchased for an elderly family member. I've had it for other merchandise and was always easy to work with.

Removed the old TV. Set up a 75" QLED TV with a sound bar and rear speakers. Installed a wall mount for the TV. All of the equipment worked well and the Geek Squad did an excellent job; very neat and particular. They offered many tips on the operation and made sure that we were comfortable with operation of the Smart TV. We have and will continue to promote them to friends.

Did what it was supposed to do. I will get next time around

It's inexpensive, and I like knowing that if something goes wrong there are capable people that will fix my products with great customer service.

Good to have for items that have everyday use. Nice to know I can get my item replaced should it fail.

I could not be without the geek squad. It is security for me. I am retired, and used to have tech support at work. Now I have the geek squad! I am glad to have somewhere to turn. I am glad they make house calls. They make things work. This time they walked me through the on/off of the tv with use of the remote until I could manage it myself.

I haven’t had to use the geek squad yet, but I know people who have and they have nothing but good things to say about them. Whenever I need to use them I’m sure everything will be amazing.

When I bought the cordless phone two years ago in the local Best Buy store before the whole COVID crisis hit, I was advised by a helpful sales representative to sign up for the two year plan. Thankfully my item hasn't had any technical problems but I thought it was a wise investment and to have a protection plan in place just case something did happen.

We've always bought an extended warranty on products and have had to use them in the past. Some retailers don't honor their extended warranties. Best Buy does! That's why we don't buy from other retailers; we buy from Best Buy. Getting an extended warranty from Best Buy means you won't have to deal with the manufacturer. If you want peace of mind, get the extended warranty from Best Buy. You won't regret it.
