I purchase Geek squad protection with most items that I buy at Best Buy. I have used it to return products and so far I have no complaints.

If you buy the Elite Controller, this is a must buy. It has replaced my broken controller twice now, with the balance of the warranty returned in a pro rated manner.

Best Buy Geek Squad rules. I always purchase the Geek Squad product replacement! It’s rewards outweigh the cost, in my opinion.

I always buy this product replacement plan when I buy video game controllers. If your controller breaks, you can get a replacement.

I always buy warranty on every purchase over $100. The avg manufacturer warranty is only 1yr. BB warranty = 2 years. Worth it period.

I got the warranty for the turtle beach gaming headset and it was the best decision ever if you have a problem with the merchandise you buy you take it in and you get a new one
