    Good to have a backup warranty in place. Haven't had to use it yet but with a teenager every day is a wait and see.

    Thank god for geek squad replacement, cuz this controllers sticks are trash if u play hardcore gaming ol they will break n u need a simple easy way to replace them!

    I never had any issues wit the two year plan..every time my speaker broke, wich happened a lot, they would just replace it..I would recommend the four year plan just for the value an just in case
