They traded my controll, for a new one, once I took it to get fixed they replaced it with a brand new one on the spot

Saved me from bad controller design. It's a pain to go back and get the controller replaced but it's hurts more to pay another $60.

This is our first time having getting geek squad. It’s the first time using the insurance and it was very easy and helpful.
