I won't buy anything from Best buy without buying the greek squad plan, its the best. My son's playstation controller go out and I would just have to buy another one. But not this time I had bought it at best buy and got the protection plan. So now he has a brand new one, thank greek squad

I haven't had to use it yet for anything I've recently bought, but I've used them in the past for a repair on a TV I purchased from best buy and I was seriously happy with the repair job they did. Thank you. I know the geek squad is legit.

Sadly, the original design of the Xbox One controllers seems like most of them will break eventually. The RB bumper on mine gave out just after a year. The button was completely disconnected from the internal mechanism, and was never dropped or mishandled. Thank God for the Geek Squad Protection!

For any item I purchase that could be dropped or have something spilled on it, I always get the replacement plan. It’s saved me more than a few times and is very cheap for the amount of coverage you get. Usually they will just swap out your broken item for a brand new one. Can’t beat that.

I bought the warranty and submitted a claim for my Xbox remote. Tech support at the store said I would have my remote in 2 shipping days - a week later I got a remote but not a comparable replacement at all. I called and of course the tech I spoke with didn't speak great English. I asked for options and he said I would receive an email. A day later I got an email telling me to buy it and submit the receipt for payment. The payment came in less time than the original replacement remote. Long story short - my remote got replaced.

When the microphone went out on my husband's $250 headphones, I was so thankful we had the protection plan. I went in, said the microphone went out and they gave me what I paid for them on a gift card. When I rebought them, all I had to do was rebuy a protection plan. All done in store. Painless.

Its nice to be backed by a quality replacement agreement no questions asked from a replacement agreement at best buy but you pay the replacement for one replacement on each electronics its not a revolving replacement still nice to have

Basically, if you dont buy this then you are hurting yourself. If the product stops working for any reason take it back and best buy will replace it or give refund. I mean most stuff you buy now says is electronic and we all know it's probably going to break within 2 years

Any product that I have got from Best Buy, I have insured that I pick this up with it. Most electronics wear and tear can tend to make them go bad fast, but with the 2 yr protection that Best Buy offers, I don't worry about that at all.

I would recommend this to anyone that has electronics. The money we saved from this insurance was more than worth it when we had to replace our external hard drive with recovery. After all said and done, cost was less than $25.

I bought the GeekSquad replacement plan after a product failed on me, and I won’t buy gaming hardware without it.. ever! They replace your product (i.e. controller, headset) without question if something goes wrong. I treat my devices with care, but drops happen, get the guarantee.

I can recommend buying a protection plan for anything you buy. Best Buy does an amazing job of replacing your item if something goes wrong. Never had any problems with the warranty’s and protection plans. I buy them for everything I purchase at Best Buy. It’s worth every penny.

I am usually pretty hesitant about picking up any kind of extended warranty but I did. For the price, I thought I wasn’t a bad deal. I am SO glad I did. A year and a half later the unit stopped charging. I brought it in to Geek Squad and they resolved the issue in no time.

If geek squad is available for it? Get it —you won’t regret it. See what I did there? ;) anyway, the product can be replaced within anytime between the 2 years. So worth it. And not only for the same one, but for anything in the store. (Just pay the difference)

I would recommend this to anyone to help protect your stuff just in case the factory warranty runs out and an accident happens. You just dont know and can't predict when an accident could happen, plus it'll save you a lot of money if anything happens under the warranty.

Geek Squad is absolutely the best around!! I always purchase from Best Buy and always buy warranties from Best Buy. Geek Squad is one of the reasons I purchase all of my electronic and small appliance items from Best Buy.

I haven’t had to use services yet for this device but I always make sure I put it on my purchases just Incase something happens. Also at least if something happens I won’t have to wait for the manufacturer which could take longer to fix your product than geek squad.
