Geek Squad is absolutely the best around!! I always purchase from Best Buy and always buy warranties from Best Buy. Geek Squad is one of the reasons I purchase all of my electronic and small appliance items from Best Buy.

I've had 2 Fire tv cubes that needed to be replaced because my dog at the remote. They always replace it with a new one, no questions asked.

I always recommend the geek squad protection plan for electronics. The terms are usually good in terms of accidental damage and you get a replacement that is the same or better product should something happen.

Best Buy's protection plans are very much worth it. Any time I have an issue with a product that is covered by the protection plan, Best Buy always takes care of me with no issues. This is why I continue to shop at Best Buy.

You can't buy a peoduct without getting the Geek squad coverage! I've used then only once & after looking at a home for 20 mins, they determine the phone had to be replaced & they gave me new one and out the door we walked.

Elite controller replacement. To be able to pay a small fee covering anything that happens in a two year span is great. Especially on a $150 controller, that I can walk in and grab a new one just like that.

I always purchase the protection for gaming controllers. Basically you bring it into Best Buy and they give you a gift card for the cost of the controller, you only have to pay for the protection on the new controller.

Bought for an Xbox controller that is still wiki g well. Bought the protection plan for another controller that I did have to use. For the price, worth the investment.

This warranty is well worth it for items that tend to break or wear out like xbox controllers and headsets. Maybe not great for items that don't get a lot of use or are dependable.

I always get protection plans on everything I buy from Best buy. This specific one is for the Xbox elite controller and I've had to use it a couple times it was a pure joy. Just walk in get the item then go to customer service. That's it!! Easy as pie!

if you are purchasing a product worthwhile, it's a great idea to purchase this plan. I have bought expensive electronics with this as a back up and best buys truly will replace the item if it cannot be fixed.

I get any Accidental Damage and Handling protection because Best Buy has a great protection plan. My original controller's LB stopped registering and it was replaced without any hassle.
