I bought this accidentally coverage because I’m a gammer and play video game a lot when I have nothing to do. I used this insurance for protected me not to spent a lot of money on controller.

I always get the protection plan and so should you! A wise investment for sure. The times I have needed to use them I have always been treated fairly and made whole each time.

Remotes buttons stick if your a true gamer , accidents happen and remotes don’t last forever. I purchased this and I’m saying it’s a must have ! Love the ease of it guys ! Must have !!!!!!! Especially with electronics !

I recommend this for people who are rushing to buy something but are unsure. I bought a gaming headset in a rush when I didnt have much money and they allowed me to upgrade as long as I had this replacement plan. I just had to pay the difference.

I've had to use the extended warranty a handful of times and after further research most things aren't covered in the manufacturers warranty. Save yourself the frustration, worry and spend the extra couple of $ on high priced items for a piece of mind.

Store employee offered me the protection plan. I do not always purchase the protection plan; I’ll do it depending on the device. Since I game a lot, I need my controls to be always ready. I have used this protection plan before, just go to the store, replace it and that’s it.

I buy the geek squad with everything I buy from best buy. This is a great value although I always price match and the employees always mess this up so then I pay double for the price of protection plan.

In general geek squad insurance is great. When I had problems with my laptop they immediately fixed it and brought back with no problems. When My physical copy of a game broke they replaced it with a new one right away. They are fast and reliable.

Great! Bought with PlayStation controllers and had to replace due to wear and tear. They were replaced, no questions asked, without a receipt, but by looking up proof of purchase with my phone number!

Geek squad protection has been worth it. Sometimes I get to use it, other times a product has no issues. It’s a roll of the dice, but when you get to use it you’re happy you have it.

I was not a fan of warranty plans because usually not worth it. But since I started shopping at best buy years ago this is the only place I shop for electronics. And the replaced plans are affordable and easy to use if need be. Geek squads talks care of their people.

Always get the geek squad service when spend a lot of money on electronics!! It’s worth it in the long run because something usually goes wrong with electronics or you accidentally break them!!!

Having a son that is hard on this electronics, having piece of mind is a good thing. Took this out and was very easy to claim. Would recommend, things are not built to last these days. Purchase and sleep well.

The extra warranty program is the best choice I made. My Xbox headset has had issues and with the extra warranty I have been able to replace it with no problems and no extra out of pocket cost. I would definitely get the extra warranty with any electronic devices!!!

I didn't need to use this when purchased with a wired headset, but it was good to know the coverage was there if needed. Especially in hindsight since the manufacturer of the headset has been spitting out poorer quality products the last few years.

I've gotten this protection on other items I've purchase and they are great to work with. Easy fix or replace for a great price. Most of the time cheaper the manufacture extended warranties at a rate 2 or 3 to 1 and a lot simpler to deal with!!
