Have had to use it abput 4 or 5 times and each time no questions asked my issue is resolved. I used to never get protection plans but now for certain items at best buy (only best buy) you have to consider it.

Nowadays things are not built or made like they used to. More prone to breakage or failures. If you don't want to have to spend the same amount of money to get another product to replace your broken one, get insurance, it's cheaper to replace this way.

We bought some Astro Gaming Headsets and my husband has gaming rage and broke a set of them. With the product warranty I bought at best buy I brought them in in piece and they ordered me another set. No questions asked just gave them to me. Would recommend 110%

I have not needed to use this Geek Squad replacement warranty. There is still six months remaining. It is comforting to know that at a reasonable price my device is protected and will be replaced if needed.

Headsets just break. They are overpriced, poorly made and got lots of use. For these reasons, and the fact that this is our fourth headset in a couple years, I bought this warranty. I hope we don’t need to use it but I have a feeling we will.

Once again this is a great option if you have children, kids get excited and sometimes they damage things thank to this warranty that best buy offer to the costumers i feel more relax to spend my money in devices because they will be protected if something happen

This is a given for anyone who buys anything of high end value at best buy. Not only is it worth it to protect your products but the price has never been this affordable. No matter what you buy at best buy get it protected. It will be well worth it.

I personally always get the protection plans because if something were to happen they always replace the item because you got the protection plan for a new one so definitely get it people

I recommend that anyone who has small children or teenagers who use gaming accessories to purchase these replacement plans. They're very inexpensive considering how much you would have to pay for an item it you did not take advantage of the replacement plans.
