all the devices we got on geek squad protection plan has been great and they backed their promise to repair or replace the products under these warranties. I am really pleased wioth geek squad on this matter

Purchased my two year on a turtle beach headset. Unfortunately stuff just wears and tears. Like to be able to just come in and swap out the broken for new for a low fee for protection plan

With this being yet another gaming headset for my son, it was a no-brainer to purchase a protection plan in case he does anything to it. So far, no need to use it, but it's nice to have the peace of mind knowing it's there if necessary.

This is a no brainer. i always buy the extra protection plans. Best buy has a wonder customer service and all you do it take your broken item to the customer service desk and give them your phone number. They look up your account and replace the item.

I always purchase the 2 year replacement plan as it is very rare that you can guarantee a product for in store replacement. 9 out of 10 times you’ve gotta send it to the manufacturer

It a must have to easily replace any faulty unit of a product you’ve purchased! It’s always better to be safe with the purchases you make by incorporating these protection plan.

they have the best 2 year replacement plan. if anything happens to your product with in that two years you can exchange it for another one no questions asked or they can put the full amount you paid on a gift card to use for something else.

You can’t go wrong with Geek Squad ! , when the unexpected comes , they’ll be ready to help you with any damage items you own . So make sure you always purchase you electronics with their insurance!

Get a 2 year warranty on everything you buy at best buy! Not because they sell cheap products ,but because any back up plan involving your electronics is always better than no plan. Even if you never use it. Peace of mind is worth having. Thank Best Buy.

Can't recommend the replacement plan enough when purchasing headphones. Every pair we have purchased has had the replacement plan added on and we have used it every time. Great deal for replacing soemthing that always seems to be breaking.

Go through lots of controllers and head sets in my home with 5 gamers and this replacement program has saved me hundreds of dollars. Would highly recommend buying this option especially if you have kids.
