Highly recommended if you are not familiar with the product or not advanced in technology. It doesn’t cost too much and they are super helpful and knowledgeable.

Worth the money every time since they just give you store credit rather than jumping you through hoops and having to send your item off for 2 months to someone.

Pay the extra money. Always purchased protection plan with everything I bought and have never had a problem getting a replacement product if needed. Best Buy has an awesome team who knows their stuff and it is worth paying the extra$$$$

Good to save your invested money on whichever product you have bought, I love it because no questions asked just being old defective item and walk out with a new one.

Geek Squad is always professional and provides the best Customer Service. I will always buy these plans with the appropriate Best Buy purchases. They have never let me down!

So glad I got it as one of the items I got did not work, it was easy to replace the broken item just needed my receipt or they can check online when I last bought it as well.

Needed a plan for a Xbox headset. Unfortunately had some where they stop working. Prolly a short in a wire. Would rather pay a plan fee instead of full price for a new one.

The main reason I shop at BB is because of the warranty. They may not all be of help (employees) but this grants you a secure spot for when something doesn’t go as planned.

This is the first time i ever get the replacement insurance. I believe it has a great value, not many places offer this type of luxuries. And like always great service by best buy employees.

I cannot say enough great things about the geek squad. Seriously if you purchase anything from best buy make sure to get geek squad. Never know when something will be faulty.

HIGHLY RECCOMEND ,please put gsp on your items if it is an option cause anything can happen and you'll be pretty upset if they can't exchange it cause you didn't put gsp on it.

Not use to buying these cause products generally last. This item in particular has had a few issues and this really something I wanted. I really felt comfortable buying this in the event it becomes defective due to the store return policy.

the agents easily allowed me to replace my xbox one controller without any issues. i wish microsoft made their controllers to last but geek squad fulfilled their promise as usual!

Never had any issues with any equipment I've recently purchased, but anytime previously when I had to use the Geek Squad, they were very helpful & problem was always resolved quickly.
