My sons headphone broke, stopped working, on 2 different occasions, a year or so apart. We had the insurance, and replacing the headphones was seamless and very cost effective.

I go all the time with any question I have and they always welling to answer and help me with my problems. I renewed for the 3rd time because I love their customer service.

This 2 year geek squad protection pack? Incredible. Haven’t seen one like it before or since. Why are they asking me to review this? I got the 3 year warranty bc I am certain the thing I bought will break at some point.

This is a must have for any item especially video game items. They are knowledgeable and fix or replace whatever you have the insurance on.

I so happy I got my warranty for two years. Wal-Mart and other places don't offer that. If your headset breaks you stuck buying a new one. Best buy had the better deal on this one. I go out get this warranty it's super cheap.

This is a must on all your items (when applied) I have used this multiple times on multiple different items and they have always been great. Just get it. You'll thank yourself later.

Pretty good I must say. I told them about the joystick drift in my wireless gamecube controller and they gave me a brand-new one no questions asked

Man I will always keep this one of my controllers stopped working and I was able to take it back and get it replaced with no issues and get the replacement plan on the new one as well this comes in handy when your an avid gamer....

I always get protection plans with anything I buy from bestbuy. They are the only store that truly do what their warranties say they'll do. I highly recommend getting this plan with any electronics you buy from bestbuy.

I try to purchase the Geek squad service with all my electronics so i can have a piece of mind of knowing that if anything goes wrong I’m cover.

If you’re spending all this money on tech gear you’ve saved up for its in your best interest to protect it. Manufacturers can make mistakes too. It’s worth the leave of mind.

I bought some turtle Beach headset and I got this warranty and the warranty is for two years you could do whatever you want with the headset is something wrong with the headset just return it back to Best Buy I love the warranty.

I typically skip out on protection plans, but bought this one for a controller that actually broke within the first couple months of owning and the replacement plan made it so easy to go in and get a brand new one within minutes.
