    In the past the geek squad replacement was easier. Now it doesn't adjust when the price does.

    I need to replace all the switch they did not replace only the joycons and my son will lose all the data store in the switch

    the protection is good if you have kids that are always breaking things and if you have a dog (puppy) that likes to tear up stuff.

    I guess it’s needed if u have kids. Usually this accessories get bad so fast so it’s better to be on the safe side .

    They do ok. Way over priced. If you can handle simple things, do them yourself or you’ll get charged a bunch

    I'm glad BB offers a plan for the remotes. The cost of a remote is the cost of a game why not protect the investment.

    I have now been on hold for 45 minutes with geek squad. I can’t return my controller because my store is closed. I want to set up a simple exchange because my controller isn’t working. I have the two year protection plan that I PAID FOR. They are doing pick ups only. I login to my account and see I have the geek squad protection plan. What a joke that is. I have spent over 4,000 dollars in the last year in my local Best Buy and I will never spend another dollar there. When everything is back to normal I will be returning everything that I have a warranty on. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. In times like these customer service is very important and you are severely lacking here. Still on hold over an hour later....... I would like someone to contact me directly to discuss what will be done about my experience. Best Buy has to do better Geek Squad has to do better.

    after a few months they wear & the analog stick starts to rip, not feeling that at all! Need to make better to last much longer
